Amazing to hear him comment on how fast the car is! Don’t all the drift cars have similar horsepower to the F430 – 500ish?
Nice steering work, but I suspect that he would be absolutely taken apart by a WRC driver over the same run.

They’ve had WRC driver’s and indeed their cars on as well. Search youtube for ‘touge’ and ‘wrc’ or ‘subaru.’ He tests/races a lot of tuned cars a long the same track in many videos, great to see him keeping up with an R34 GTR in his old (yet highly modified) original looking AE86 Corolla.
I doubt Tsuchiya would get taken apart by anyone on tarmac, he’s not just a drifter.

Oh, don’t misunderstand me – I don’t doubt the guy’s talent at all! It’s just that with his footwork, I found myself wondering why he wasn’t left-foot braking to gain a few tenths here and there, which then led me to the thought that a true tarmac genius – SĂ©bastian Loeb, for example – would leave him for dust on that road.
