Having ended 2024 with victory at the World Karting Championships, and in Ginetta Junior, 16-year-old Ethan Jeff-Hall has commenced 2025 in equally spectacular fashion by being announced as the latest recruit to the Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 junior driver programme.
Appearing at Whilton Mill kart circuit with new F1 driver Kimi Antonelli, together with other ‘Juniors for a day’s workshop and track action, Jeff-Hall was clearly delighted to cement his ties to the Silver Arrows, having previously been associated with Ferrari’s Driver Academy following his inclusion at last year’s scouting camp at Maranello.
Jeff-Hall will now continue his preparations for his rookie season in British F4 with Argenti Motorsport, knowing that not only does he have the full-backing of Michael Meadows’ squad to help propel him further, but also that he’ll be sporting that all-important three-pointed star on his helmet as he makes the transition to single-seaters.
Here’s a quick look-back at some Jeff-Hall Ginetta action from his 2024 championship-winning season.
