I have to admit to losing track of all the various Brabus models - but their very existence demonstrates that there's no lack of appetite to spend the kind of money on cars that some people would look to mortgage on a home. And the Brabus SV12 R Biturbo 800 probably has more technology and gadgets fitted than most houses too.

As if they weren't already quick enough, Wiesmann have now fitted BMW's innovative twin-turbo V8 engines with its exhaust superchargers fitted centrally in the V of the cylinder banks. Starting in the new year, the Wiesmann GT and Roadster MF4 and MF5 can now be ordered with the new engine type which is considerably more efficient and economical than their predecessors.

MINI Stockholm has launched a new location-based mobile game to promote the MINI Countryman. Players home in on a virtual MINI on their iPhones, catch it and then run as fast as they can out of its orbit to prevent other potential takers from swiping it.
