McLaren P1 Concept now ‘almost’ fully revealed in new set of pictures
Given how comprehensive this latest set of pictures is, it's hard to believe they are 'leaked' rather than deliberately 'seeded', but either way they now reveal the a huge electro-mechanical rear wing which provides downforce at high speeds, but perhaps also acts as an air brake - as it did in the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.

Back in 2010, Lamborghini revealed the Sesto Elemento ("Sixth Element") - a carbon fibre based supercar, powered by the Gallardo's 562bhp V10, but weighing less than 1,000kg. The car reached 'very' limited production (less than 20 cars), which is hardly surprising given its $2.2 million price tag.

Audi reveals an all-new 296bhp S3
It seems that the 'on-paper' superiority of BMW's M135i xDrive is about to receive a serious challenge from Audi's all-new S3, due to be launched at the forthcoming Paris Motor Show.
Based upon the new lighter Audi A3, the 2013 S3 weighs 60kg less than its predecessor, tipping the scales at just 1,395kg. And while the S3 Sportback previously wielded 261bhp, its successor deploys a class-leading 296bhp from a completely new 2.0 TFSI engine, developed specifically for the S3.

For those of us who bemoan the passing of Aston's DBS - which was replaced by the new Vanquish during the summer - news of the revised DB9 will come as welcome news.
The DB9 now has the same 510bhp power output as the outgoing DBS, the same pronounced rear boot ‘flip’ and more chiselled looks than the car it replaces.
