The latest edition of ROAD Magazine will be published tomorrow lunchtime, and whilst browsing through some of the images, this shot of Peugeot’s RCZ caught my eye.
The RCZ is one of those cars which you’ve probably looked at more than once, but perhaps felt it was too pretty to be taken seriously. So this night time shot, taken by photographer Neil Denham, shows a different side to the RCZ’s personality – streetwise with a hint of attitude and a beckoning call to get in and be driven.
I’m not convinced (yet), but I’ll certainly look at the RCZ differently next time I see one. You can find out what Phil and the team thought of it in ROAD 19, which this month is a Front wheel drive special.
Also in the magazine Travis drummer, racer and road tester, Neil Primrose takes the hardcore Mugen Edition Honda Civic Type R from the great roads in the Lake District to the Nurburgring, where he’s racing in the VLN Championship. And the ROAD team test the new fast and frugal Skoda Fabia vRS. There’ll be torque steer aplenty, but will there be tears or cheers after a week of driving these front-drive heroes?
