2018 Ginetta Junior champion, Adam Smalley, proved his pace and class at Oulton Park yesterday with two commanding wins in the Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT5 Challenge.
It had been a long and often frustrating winter for Smalley, unable to find the budget to progress the promise of his title-winning career. But sometimes, fate can be kind and a late-deal with Elite Motorsport, the squad that helped him to Ginetta’s Junior crown, now sees the Poulton-Le-Fylde teenager able to prove his worth in front of the country’s leading GT manufacturers and teams.
