A quick glimpse of Honda’s New Civic..

Honda have provided us with a quick glimpse of the New European Civic, prior to its launch at the Frankfurt motor show next month.

The image shows the New Civic's rear-end with its combination lighting that also works as an aerodynamic spoiler, managing air flow over the top and sides of the car. It looks to be something of an evolutionary change from the 8th generation Civic, which shocked us back in 2006 with its radical new profile and even more radical interior design.

Land Rover teases with its All-New Defender Concept

For those of us open to change, the DC100 is a pure tease - we want it NOW, Land Rover should cancel those design clinics and start producing it immediately, but this is a Defender Concept and Land Rover didn't get to where they are now by ignoring the preferences of their most loyal customers.

Ford reveals the stunning Evos (w/VIDEOS)

This is the Ford Evos, a new design concept that bears a striking resemblance to a futuristic Mustang, or Capri, or.. who cares, let's just hope they build it.

Ford describe it as "..the ultimate expression of Ford’s design and technology vision.." and that "..the Evos Concept introduces a new design direction for Ford.."

Toyota snatch Nürburgring Electric Car Lap Record from Peugeot (w/Video)

Electric-powered cars have only recently begun lapping Germany's Nürburgring Norschleife and even then it was more to prove that their ability to lap the 20.8 km Green-Hell on a single charge. That was certainly the aim of the MINI E in April 2010 when it scorched around the lap in a record-breaking 9 minutes 51.45 seconds. No, we didn't think that was terribly quick either, but at least it made it back to the pits before running out of charge. Ha ha!

Peugeot goes time travelling with the HX1 Concept Car

By Peugeot's own admission their HX1 is a prospective concept car, so there's not the slightest change that you'll see it on the roads anytime soon.
