On-board the Ferrari 458 Italia at the Goodwood Festival of Speed
It's quite a privilege to drive up Goodwood's hillclimb course at the Festival of Speed and unlike other demonstration events, drivers are encouraged to put on a good show for the crowds by committing themselves to the racing line (usually cutting across the grass at key corners) and keeping the right pedal nailed everywhere else.

Mercedes SLS AMG leaves Lamborghini, Ferrari and Porsche in its dust..
Agency Jung Von Matt in Hamburg have put together a series of 3 print ads to be used in promoting the ÂŁ169,000 563bhp Mercedes SLS AMG. The gullwing (or roadster) SLS AMG, unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show, is Mercedes first supercar since the SLR which was the result of a collaboration between Mercedes and McLaren.

Rugby legend Jonah Lomu visits Lamborghini
Rugby player Jonah Lomu, who started out with the All Blacks in 1994 and became the top try scorer in the 1999 World Cup, visited the home of the world’s top supersports cars at Sant’Agata Bolognese earlier this week.

Porsche aims for overall victory at Le Mans in 2014
Porsche has announced that it will be returning to Le Mans in 2014 with a works-run LMP1 sports prototype. The first outing of the completely new developed race car is planned for the year 2014. With 16 overall victories, Porsche is the most successful manufacturer in Le Mans, although sister company Audi is catching up fast, having claimed their 10th victory in last month's race.

Gordon Murray reveals the world’s most efficient Electric Car
Gordon Murray has launched what he claims is the world's most efficient Electric Car, citing comparison with the MINI-E, Smart EV and Mitsubishi iMiEV. At an event held at the RAC in Pall Mall, London, the former Brabham F1 designer who is better known for his work in creating the McLaren F1 and Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren supercars, introduced his new T27 city-car.
