Bentley throw down the gauntlet to Aston Martin
We've been waiting an age for the next Bond Film #23, which had been delayed as MGM Studios sorted out their finances following several box office flops and the general market slump in DVD sales. Thankfully MGM and EON Productions were able to confirm the film's go-ahead last month, with a release date in November 2012.

BMW presents the Vision ConnectedDrive
You'd be forgiven for getting a little confused over the nomenclature and purpose of BMW's recent concept vehicles - it all started with BMW Efficient Dynamics, which is the long-term programme to productionise BMW's energy efficiency improvements within the cars it sells in the showroom, delivering more performance whilst using less fuel.

Range Rover’s ‘Ultimate’ choice
The headlines will focus on the list price of the new Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition - at around £130,000 it's the most expensive Range Rover every produced – but there’s more to this ultimate incarnation of Solihull’s finest than the dent it will make in your finances. The new model debuts at the Geneva Motor Show next month and is described by Land Rover as "The most luxurious Range Rover ever."

BMW’s X6 becomes… a 5-seater
When BMW launched their X6 Sports Activity Coupé in May 2008, they were criticised for designing it purely as a 4-seater. Customers were disappointed over the lack of a 5-seat option, but BMW were unrepentant - declaring the X6 as a niche model designed to offer a distinct alternative to the X5, which was already available in either 5 or 7-seat configurations.

You can tell how proud Ferrari are of their new four-wheel drive transmission, by how keen they are to show it being used in a way that no previous Ferrari could hope to aspire to. This is both a Ferrari for power slides and the most sensible car in Ferrari's range.
